Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Director, Office of Society Personnel assists the Director of the Office in promoting the psychological and spiritual well-being of our priests and brothers. Assists with advising and implementing best practices. Assists the Office of Society Personnel Director with assuring the appropriate safe environmental standards for children and vulnerable adults.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
- Current valid NYS license, including all certification necessary for a renewal as required by NYS.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- Experience assisting individuals with addictions, stress, trauma, sexual issues and other such conditions
- Familiar with mental health services for religious organizations is a plus
- Familiar with Praesidium Standards for Religious Institutes is a plus

Salary: $100,000 per year.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm or Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:15pm
