Job Description:
Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers is seeking a Regional Representative in our Washington, DC location. The Regional Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors and prospects capable of making significant philanthropic investments in support of the mission of the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers.
This role manages an assigned portfolio of donors while also actively developing new major gift relationships through strategic prospecting, outreach, and engagement. Through intentional relationship management, the Regional Representative secures major gifts, strengthens donor commitment, and fosters long-term partnerships rooted in Maryknoll’s global Catholic mission.
The Regional Representative serves as a public-facing ambassador of the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers and is expected to represent the mission, values, and identity of the Roman Catholic Church faithfully. While the position does not require the individual to be Catholic, the successful candidate must be comfortable operating within a Catholic ecclesial environment and communicating on behalf of a Roman Catholic Society of Apostolic Life.
Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in major gift fundraising.
- Experience in faith-based, international, or mission-driven nonprofit organizations is preferred.
- Proven success in major gift identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
- Knowledge of planned giving vehicles and philanthropic strategies is preferred.
- Experience in positions with accountability for both result and process-oriented goals.
- Must be an effective self-starter with excellent project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency and prior experience using CRM software (E.g. Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Portfolio) preferred.

Job Description:
Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers is seeking an experienced and organized Donor Services Supervisor to lead our Donor Services team and ensure the smooth operation of our donor management systems and procedures. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, streamlining operations, and supporting overall fundraising efforts through effective team supervision and technical oversight.
- Direct the daily supervision of Donor Services staff, including training and annual reviews
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of procedures related to the donor management system
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in donor data entry, gift processing, and acknowledgments
- Research and resolve processing issues within the donor database; recommend and document solutions
- Develop, update, and maintain processing procedures manuals; ensure compliance among staff
- Serve as the liaison between Donor Services and other departments to coordinate system modifications and improvements
- Provide regular reports and statistical summaries to management on donor activity and team performance
- Support staff with goal setting, professional development, and updates on organizational priorities
- Facilitate effective communication through meetings, emails, and phone calls regarding donor services
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technical Training, or related field required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with donor management systems/databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce NPSP, DonorPerfect, etc.)
- Supervisory experience with ability to conduct performance evaluations and support staff development

The Mission Formation Ministry (MFM) equips U.S. Catholics to live as missionary
disciples through faith formation, mission education, immersion experiences,
and pastoral outreach. We accompany individuals and communities—including young
adults, Hispanic/Latino leaders, especially catechists, teachers, and parish
leaders—in responding to the Gospel call to transformative mission.
Position Summary:
Maryknoll is seeking two collaborative and mission-oriented Mission
Formation Ministers. One will focus on outreach to the Faith Formation and Catechetical Community and the other one will focus on outreach to Hispanic/Latino Leaders. Both positions will lead initiatives that engage and accompany those involved in parish, diocesan, and campus-based faith formation. This role is vital to building partnerships, delivering dynamic mission education, facilitating immersion experiences, and offering formation resources that empower Church leaders and educators to form others as missionary disciples.
The minister will collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality programming and support the strategic goals of Maryknoll’s Mission Formation Ministry, with particular emphasis on catechists, pastoral ministers, and faith formation leaders.
Education: B.A. or B.S., as well as a graduate degree in theology or pastoral ministry, or equivalent experience in the areas of theology, catechesis, mission, social justice, teaching, pastoral ministry, etc. is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivation & Collaboration: Build and sustain relationships with leaders in faith formation,
catechetical, and pastoral ministry at the parish, diocesan, and campus levels.
Represent Maryknoll in regional and national networks and events.
Formation Leadership: Develop and facilitate mission formation events—including
workshops, retreats, parish missions, and online classes—especially for those
forming others in the faith.
Immersion Experiences: Design and lead international and domestic immersion trips in collaboration with faith formation programs, including all stages of trip preparation, facilitation, and post-trip reflection.
Resource Development: Create and promote engaging mission-focused print and digital materials tailored to the needs of formation and pastoral leaders.
Vocational Promotion: Integrate vocational awareness into all ministry activities and
support the work of Maryknoll’s Vocations Ministry by identifying and encouraging potential candidates.
Team Contribution: Participate actively in planning, reporting, evaluation, and team
collaboration to strengthen the overall impact of the Mission Formation
Ministry.
General Administration: Maintain records, ensure timely reporting, comply with all
safeguarding protocols, and contribute to ongoing professional and ministerial
development.
Qualifications:
- A deep commitment to Catholic mission and the vision of missionary discipleship
- Background in theology, pastoral ministry, or related field
- Experience planning, facilitating or leading immersion/service trips
- Experience in young adult ministry or campus ministry (parish, diocesan, or academic setting)
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with program planning, group leadership, and team collaboration
- Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and immersion trips
- Familiarity with Catholic Social Teaching, global mission, and intercultural engagement
- A collaborative, flexible spirit and a desire to work within a mission-driven team
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and grounded in the spirit of collaboration and service
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Regular hours include some evenings and weekends, as well as domestic and international travel.

We are seeking an individual to will assist the Master Electrician and the Trades Technician while learning a trade. This position will work with other trades. Main responsibilities are to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and communications systems. The ideal candidate will work closely under the supervision of experienced technicians, assisting in daily tasks related to electrical wiring, cabling, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assist in the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical wiring, lighting systems, and communications cabling.
· Pull, terminate, and organize data and fiber optic cables.
· Set up and dismantle tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
· Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
