Position Summary:
Maryknoll is seeking two collaborative and mission-oriented Mission
Formation Ministers. One will focus on outreach to the Faith Formation and Catechetical Community and the other one will focus on outreach to Hispanic/Latino Leaders. Both positions will lead initiatives that engage and accompany those involved in parish, diocesan, and campus-based faith formation. This role is vital to building partnerships, delivering dynamic mission education, facilitating immersion experiences, and offering formation resources that empower Church leaders and educators to form others as missionary disciples.
The minister will collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality programming and support the strategic goals of Maryknoll’s Mission Formation Ministry, with particular emphasis on catechists, pastoral ministers, and faith formation leaders.
Education: B.A. or B.S., as well as a graduate degree in theology or pastoral ministry, or equivalent experience in the areas of theology, catechesis, mission, social justice, teaching, pastoral ministry, etc. is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivation & Collaboration: Build and sustain relationships with leaders in faith formation,
catechetical, and pastoral ministry at the parish, diocesan, and campus levels.
Represent Maryknoll in regional and national networks and events.
Formation Leadership: Develop and facilitate mission formation events—including
workshops, retreats, parish missions, and online classes—especially for those
forming others in the faith.
Immersion Experiences: Design and lead international and domestic immersion trips in collaboration with faith formation programs, including all stages of trip preparation, facilitation, and post-trip reflection.
Resource Development: Create and promote engaging mission-focused print and digital materials tailored to the needs of formation and pastoral leaders.
Vocational Promotion: Integrate vocational awareness into all ministry activities and
support the work of Maryknoll’s Vocations Ministry by identifying and encouraging potential candidates.
Team Contribution: Participate actively in planning, reporting, evaluation, and team
collaboration to strengthen the overall impact of the Mission Formation
Ministry.
General Administration: Maintain records, ensure timely reporting, comply with all
safeguarding protocols, and contribute to ongoing professional and ministerial
development.
Qualifications:

Analyze mail and reports, update donor records per requests and respond to incoming/outgoing phone calls from donors. Fluent in English and Spanish languages, verbal and written. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Enter credit card and ACH one-time transactions via payment processor virtual terminal.
- Fulfill Mass Card requests per daily reports.
- Prepare and batch Church Date envelopes and House reports.
- Develop source codes and add to system.
- Log mail counts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have 1-2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to handle donor inquiries and questions over the phone.
- Typing, methodical, clerical, and detail-oriented skills.

Job Overview
We are seeking an individual to will assist the Master Electrician and the Trades Technician while learning a trade. This position will work with other trades. Main responsibilities are to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and communications systems. The ideal candidate will work closely under the supervision of experienced technicians, assisting in daily tasks related to electrical wiring, cabling, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Assist in the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical wiring, lighting systems, and communications cabling.
· Pull, terminate, and organize data and fiber optic cables.
· Set up and dismantle tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
· Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
· Handle tools and test equipment safely and correctly.
· Identify and report issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
· Support basic troubleshooting of electrical and communication systems.
· Adhere to all relevant safety standards and company policies.
· May be required to assist with ceremonial and burial preparations

Job Description:
Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, serves the poor and marginalized around the world through evangelization, education, and humanitarian outreach. The Lettershop Production Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate communications with supporters, helping to sustain and advance Maryknoll’s mission.
The Lettershop Production Coordinator (LPC) is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of in-house production, addressing, and mailing of Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers’ monthly sponsorship mailings, donor acknowledgements and renewal letters. The LPC ensures that all mailings are produced accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with postal regulations. The LPC will operate lettershop equipment, manage data processing for mailings, and help maintain the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in support of Maryknoll’s mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data Processing & Software Use
- Learn and operate AccuZIP software for address list management, postal presorting, and mail preparation.
- Learn and operate Fiery Command Workstation for print job management and optimization.
- Prepare data and mail files for printing, checking mail files to ensure they have been properly proofed and that the layout is up to Maryknoll’s standards.
- Ensure data accuracy for addressing and personalization in all mailings.
- Ensure outgoing reply devices are compatible with Maryknoll’s Mavro Imaging remittance scanners and software.
Mailing Production
- Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist, as needed, in the printing, addressing, and inserting of monthly sponsorship mailings, donor acknowledgements, and renewal letters.
- Be trained and prepared to assist in the operation of lettershop production equipment, including high-volume copiers, inserters, and addressing systems.
- If necessary, perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and supply replenishment for lettershop equipment and coordinate with service technicians for repairs.
Postal Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and submit a monthly postal carrier account report.
- Ensure all mailings meet U.S. Postal Service requirements for discounts and delivery standards.
- Track and reconcile postage usage.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Lettershop, Print and Ship Unit Manager to schedule production runs.
- Coordinate with other Mission Advancement teams to ensure timely delivery of mailing projects.
- Maintain accurate production records.
Essential Services Personnel: are expected to report to work under all circumstances including inclement weather-related conditions, holidays, etc. They are to adhere to the shift schedules established by their supervisors or as directed by them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in print/mail production is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn specialized software.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with postal regulations and bulk mail preparation preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining production equipment preferred.
- Previous use of AccuZIP, Fiery Command Workstation, or similar software preferred.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree with current valid NYS license, including all certification necessary for a renewal as required by NYS.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long term care setting.
- CPR certification.
- Working knowledge of infection control practices, including but not limited to Flu and COVID, and other infectious disease response protocols and planning.
- Must be computer literate (EHR/Microsoft Office).
- Experience with palliative care and/or hospice care preferred.
- Proficiency in initiating and maintaining IV therapy treatment as ordered by the Physician, or willingness to learn within 6 months required.

Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers seeks a Direct Response Unit Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Society's direct response marketing, developing strategy, and leading and supporting staff. In collaboration with the Major & Planned Giving Unit, the Direct Response Unit works within the Mission Advancement Department. It is responsible for inspiring, maintaining, and upgrading existing donors and acquiring new ones to support Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers. The Direct Response Unit Manager is expected to develop a comprehensive, multichannel relationship-building program, including cultivation and communication while recommending short and long-range direct response plans and programs that include directing all activities, programs, and personnel within the Direct Response Unit. Maximize direct response income through direct mail, digital cultivation, and other direct response fundraising techniques. Monitor, evaluate, and report on all direct mail fundraising initiatives. Develop and recommend alternative fundraising and cultivation programs. Coordinate graphics, printing, and acquisition programs with outside vendors as needed.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel direct mail fundraising strategies aligned with Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers' mission to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors.
- Create compelling campaigns that resonate with Catholic donors, ensuring alignment with Church social teachings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (copywriters, designers, mail houses) to execute compelling donor appeals.
- Segment donor lists for targeted and personalized mail campaigns to optimize response rates.
- Manage multiple direct mail appeals, including seasonal campaigns (e.g., Lenten, Advent, Year-End Giving).
Donor Engagement & Fundraising
- Craft compelling donor messaging to foster engagement and deepen connections with Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers.
- Utilize segmentation strategies to tailor appeals to different donor audiences, including major donors, monthly givers, and lapsed donors.
- Implement strategies to improve donor retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Coordinate follow-up communications (email, digital, phone) to enhance direct mail effectiveness.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring key metrics such as response rates, average gifts, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B and other testing on messaging, formats, and mailing schedules to optimize results.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and ACFRE (Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive) preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of substantial and proven related, non-profit fundraising experience, with an extensive focus on direct mail.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Proven strategic planning development success is required; ideally with experience in raising funds in the Catholic arena.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective in cross functional collaboration with solid interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in project management with proven success in leveraging donor databases to identify growth opportunities, goal development, target audience selection, tracking and evaluation, planning, organizing and directing.
