Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers – also known as the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, Inc. – was founded in 1911 with the support of the Bishops of the United States to be the chief mission outreach of the Catholic Church in the United States.  We currently serve in 27 countries worldwide – especially among the poor. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Data Entry Analyzer/Telephone Operator to analyze mail and reports, update donor records per requests and respond to incoming/outgoing phone calls, mail and email from donors. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm shift.

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to handle donor inquiries and questions over the phone, mail or email.
• Typing, methodical, clerical, and detail oriented skills.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality including Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Knowledge of Donor Management applications is preferred.

This position is non-exempt with an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour.
