Bilingual Data Entry Analyzer/Telephone Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Data Entry Analyzer/Telephone Operator to analyze mail and reports, update donor records per requests and respond to incoming/outgoing phone calls, mail and email from donors. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm shift.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry experience.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to handle donor inquiries and questions over the phone, mail or email.
  • Typing, methodical, clerical, and detail oriented skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality including Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
  • Knowledge of Donor Management applications is preferred.

This position is non-exempt with an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour.

High Volume Copier Operator

Review, prioritize, plan and complete digital reproduction requests for all Center Departments, Maryknoll Development Houses, Society Members, Maryknoll Sisters and MMAF. Help customers with text layout, paper and ink colors. Responsible for ordering supplies and materials associated with reproduction services.

This is an essential services position. Essential Services Personnel are expected to report to work under all circumstances including inclement weather-related conditions, holidays, etc. They are to adhere to the shift schedules established by their supervisors or as directed by them.

Education: High School Diploma, vocational training or equivalent.

Experience/Skills: Must have 2-3 years of Copier Operator experience. Previous Shipping & Receiving experience is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Word and Outlook with excellent skills in MS Excel. Able to transfer documents to PDF. Knowledge of paper and paper specs. Familiar with copy machine functions, sizing and weight of paper adjustments. Familiar with creating labels of various sizes. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees and Society Members on a daily basis. Ability to be patient and understanding with project needs for Society Members and employees. Strong attention to detail and production quality. Ability to maintain confidentiality with requests and projects.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
