With your help, Fr. Lance can rent two to three small plots for one year for raising experimental crops in the Kakemega area and for the purchase of experimental seeds.

The plots will serve for teaching local farmers the advantages for adopting new crops for their own fields where maize and sugar cane dominate agricultural projects.

Developing a climate-smart agricultural program will help farmers to feed the growing population in the face of a changing climate on our earth.

Our hope is to improve rural communities with higher incomes and greater food security.

Your generous donation will help this project will be a success in producing crops that will provide local farmers with alternatives to their usual products.
