The purpose of the Production Project Coordinator position is to effectively maintain and manage a smooth workflow and schedule pattern for projects that are critical to Maryknoll’s production and procurement operations. The Production Project Coordinator provides content traffic coordination and timeline updates established for the workflow of all internal fundraising materials, in detailed partnership with the project owners and the production units. Included are monitoring and revising, as needed, the timeline workflow system utilized for print and digital production of Society deliverables. This role develops and monitors schedules to effectively facilitate the goals specific to the project. The role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordination, recording and reporting of all Production Planning meetings
• Updating and maintaining Preferred Vendor List
• Cross-training of ERP required, to serve as backup for the Procurement Analyst and Sr. Project Analyst; i.e., generating purchase orders, coordinating PO workflow and generating ERP reports as needed, when analysts are out of office
The Production Project Coordinator also supports the Sr. Officer of Procurement Services on administrative and longer-term projects, as needed.

College degree or college background, and production, project or operations experience.
