We are searching for an individual who can read, interpret and compose acknowledgments to our donors, addressing complex and/or intricate subjects.
Analyze mail and reports, update donor records.
Answer toll-free  incoming phone calls and also make outgoing calls to Donors. This is a part-time position; 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Experience/Skills Required: Word Processing, basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, letter composition, excellent grammar, ability to work within established guidelines in keeping with Maryknoll’s vision and purposes.  Ability to draw from resources on hand.  Fluent in English  language (verbal and written). Bilingual a plus
