Administrative Coordinator

Catholic mission education organization seeks full-time administrative coordinator. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills and be self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and flexible in support of mission education and promotion programs and projects locally and nationally, particularly with young adults, hispanic leaders, and frontline parish and diocesan ministers.

Duties include assisting with public outreach and communication in diverse church-related environments, including coordinating social media, marketing email, content editing, resource development, event planning, immersion trip coordination, report preparation, project management, CRM utilization, etc.. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with technological tools including Google Workspace, HubSpot, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, BaseCamp, Canva, Zoom, Facebook/Instagram, etc. Familiarity with the Catholic Church and working with young adults, hispanic leaders, teachers, and catechists is preferred.

Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Non-Exempt position with health, dental & other benefits provided. Starting salary $25/ hour. 35 hour work week.
