We are seeking a qualified individual to provide high-level administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as, assisting with Annual budget, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Must maintain a respectful and professional level of conduct at all times. Individual must have at least 5 years Administrative experience, including filing, bookkeeping, telephone reception, photocopying; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) good organizational skills, ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality; working knowledge of Health Care terminology a plus, handle multiple tasks. Experience working with the elderly is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
