We are seeking a qualified individual to provide high-level administrative support. Individual will be responsible for managing all major gift acknowledgements of gifts $2,500 or more. Supervises the accuracy. Prepares and calculates charitable gift annuity proposals and corresponding documents. Follow up on all calls and donor responses of gift planning mailings. Manage all expense reports of the team, while providing administrative support to Gift Planning Unit. Individual must have a Minimum 5 years performing administrative/project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thoroughness, accuracy and strong organizational skills a must and the ability to handle multiple tasks required as well as demonstrative initiative and eagerness to take on new assignments. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Portfolio and PG Calc a plus.
