Nursing Supervisor 3pm-11pm

RN to supervise & evaluate the skilled care delivery in the long term care facility.  Responsibilities include: supervision of evening & or night staff.  Implementation & compliance with all policies as defined by facility & organization. Communication with administrator relating to health needs of members, staffing, conduct, & building issues or any other matters pertaining to health & safety needs of members. Staff performance evaluations. Performance of staff meetings. Coordination of first aid to employees with documentation. Education: RN with current NYS License. Minimum 5 years supervising in a clinical &/or long term care setting. Must be proficient in MS Office.
