We are seeking a per diem Email Marketing Associate to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Planning and strategizing all areas of email marketing campaigns for appeals and apostolic projects
- Timely production, copy writing and design of email content and campaign landing pages
- Communication and reporting of all email campaign performance and statistics
- Oversight and management of email marketing software platform and contact database
- Long term planning of email marketing campaigns for events
- Maintaining up-to-date email marketing best practices through certification of software
- Light production and editing of videos to support landing page experience
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing team to maintain efficient workflows and best results
Qualifications:
Must have a BA or BS degree with a minimum of two years of experience. Thorough understanding of email marketing best practices with basic knowledge of html and css. Must have a working knowledge of WordPress CMS, internet & web production, Google Analytics, Ads Manager and Adobe Photoshop. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage/oversee special projects, maintain timelines and meet deadlines. Analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Detail-oriented, self-starter and have the capability to multi-task. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.

We are searching for a C.N.A. or HHA experienced in long-term care who will be responsible for delivering hands on patient care under the direct supervision of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Collaborates with nursing staff and Society members to ensure efficient care delivery based on member, unit and facility needs.

Job Description:

is looking for a Personal Accounts Specialist.
The Personal Accounts Specialist controls and maintains all personal and mission accounts of society members. Process all wire transfers according to Maryknoll policy. Maintain confidentiality pertaining to all members’ accounts. Answer all inquiries with regard to personal and mission accounts. To control all entries submitted by US Locations. Prepare misc. journal entries, i.e., allocations, accruals, prepaid expenses. Prepare misc. account analysis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Record the activity to Society Members personal and mission accounts.
- Ensure that Society Member wire requests are honored in accordance with the internal procedures and approval process.
- Provide one control point of various and numerous sources of Members’ accounts.
- Maintain a file with regards to Members’ accounts and provide Members with a statement of their accounts.
- Address variances between actual expenditures and budgets for the US Locations.
- Assist in production of accurate 1099s for individuals paid by the houses.
- Ensure proper accounting for misc. transactions in Society’s Financials
- Ensure that related data is valid and current and that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure that Business Office transactions are handled in accordance with procedures & guidelines established.
- Ensure A/P Vendor file changes are made for proper submission to bank.
- Year-end processes are completed in a timely manner.
- Interest is paid to members for their funds held at the Center.
- Produce 1099 interest forms. Meet government laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience required
- Knowledge of general ledger and GAAP required
- Not-for-profit experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete job responsibilities with minimal assistance.
- Able to work in team environment and must be comfortable working in a result oriented environment requiring overtime (on an as needed basis) and the meeting of fixed deadlines.

We are seeking a Safety/Security Officer to join our Security Services team. Schedule will be 12am-8am every weekend or every other weekend.
Responsible for providing and enforcing all Security/Safety measures and services to all Maryknoll Society Members, Residents, Employees, Guests and Facilities assets. Conduct safety and Detex tours of all buildings and property; report all inefficiencies. Respond to all 911/ADT emergency calls, fire alarm activations, and file a clear and accurate written incident report. Ability to read, navigate and identify specific alarm locations on the fire alarm panels with complete fluency and the capability to respond to the location of the alarm to evaluate and acknowledge. Ability to work the Seminary Security Front Desk/ Phone Console operations. Perform Front Desk tasks and responsibilities. Perform, inspect and document the life safety devices, equipment and procedures. Proactive in the prevention of theft, vandalism, fire and accidents. Monitor and control access into buildings by authorized personnel. Must be professional and courteous and have excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite is required. On call and present for weather related emergencies. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid NYS Driver’s License & NYS Security License are required within 6 months.
Salary: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
Will be provided PPE necessary for this position. All employees are screened before entering the buildings. Initial COVID-19 vaccination required for employment.
